Uber policy states drivers sanitize after every ride That's virtually not possible I took several rides within 2 days and found specs of dirt and signs of others having sat before me Plus the option of telling Uber straight away is non existent Money matters !

I must compliment the driving skills of Mr Nitin, who drove my daughter at midnight from Delhi to Panchkula on 10th Aug2020.He ensured complete safety and security of my daughter through out the journey.my compliments to Uber staff who pay attention while hiring chauffeurs. Car was white swift desire DL1ZC5444. Thanks

Terrible customer service. Drivers have an unfair pressure to complete too many trips too fast because they are under paid and tips are garnished by 50%. This results in unsafe driving. They are consistently double charging the customers for rides that have already been paid and they have made it impossible to contact customer support. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Uber is a great service, but there have been availability issues in Cleveland, OH since the start of the pandemic

I order and also my son and daughter we always get uber ,as pmd telling you when they coming ,when your food getting cooked ,they keep you updated, also always very friendly, have only got good things to say about uber, would recommend them highly

The driver canceled and I was still charged a cancelation fee by Uber. Uber does not have a phone number to call, and their online "help" system does not have a category for this situation. This has happened to me in both the US and in Mexico. A total ripoff!


Driver picked me up at the airport on time. Love the app, it shows great details on drivers ETA. I also like the no tip concept.

New PHV Drivers with their cars cannot go through their process of cab companies such as Bolt,Uber,Ola or any other companies in London.Because these companies keeping in waiting because of Pandamic.But very unfortunately drivers are paying the highest rate of insurance for their cars without any benefit.This is very unfortunate for those PHV drivers. And also those Cab companies continually asking for insurance when they are not giving permission to drive to the new drivers.No one saying anything about that.if cab companies not giving permission to the new drivers please tell them to wait,so they will not pay for business insurance in this very hard time..Hoping for a solution.

I used Uber couple times and can say they`re rather good. The app is quite convenient and so far I dint have problems on finding the driver.

Not satisfied with the service.
Many female drivers who are lost as soon as they are outside her zone
But sometime there is no more choices.

For me i cant say anything bad, to compare it with other companies around. When I can, i order uber


it is still the quickest one to arrive at my place due to their high volume of drivers compared with other cheaper companies. If in a hurry, uber is always the one i use. IF not I go to competitors which tend to be cheaper.
